Collection Site Information
At Tongass Substance Screening, we understand that not all substance screening can take place during regular business hours or in our office. In order to provide exemplary service to our clients we are completely mobile: no site is too remote for us. All we require is that conditions at the site meet DOT requirements for collection sites, and that our staff is treated professionally and courteously.
For post-accident after-hours collections, we have a pager/cell phone system in place in Ketchikan, Juneau, Anchorage, AK and Keokuk, IA. In the event of a post-accident emergency, simply call the number on the office voice mail. Staff will return your call within 15 minutes.
Our regular office hours are 8-12 and 1-4:30, Monday through Friday.
