Random Testing Programs (Consortium Management)
Tongass Substance Screening offers our clients random drug testing programs that are simple and easy to manage. Our goal is for your company to reap the benefits of having a random program while we do all of the legwork.
For Department of Transportation-regulated industries we offer consortium management in accordance with the appropriate governing agency (FAA, FMC, or USCG) Our DOT programs are in strict compliance with DOT policies, specifically 49 CFR Part 40. For our non-regulated clients we can create a random program that fits your needs.
We take care of every aspect of the program, including:
random selection of employees for testing using a scientifically valid computer
program
notification
of required tests
maintenance
of records and assistance with reporting of statistics (Fees may apply)
required
staff training (Fees may apply)
Your primary responsibility as an employer is to make sure your employees
are aware of your company's policies on drug and alcohol use. It is also
vital that you keep us informed of employee list changes.
Fees will be assessed if your employee list is not current.
